Loves to live life the way it is. No regret moments, everything is an experience.
An absolute couch potato until end of 2011. Took up walking, jogging and then running to reduce body weight that gave a boost to my self-esteem. Participated in a few half and full marathons, and feels that there is an inner fire in all that can be kindled by a spark. One just need a catalyst for that to happen.
Since I didn’t have anyone to hand-hold me on my journey to fitness, I felt I should be helping those who require the same. And for this, I started UNIS Running, where the main motto is an hour to self for your body in the morning can take care of the rest of the day. Competition exists with yourself and not with others.
UNIS Running to me is:
A bunch of beautiful souls who have entrusted themselves to be mentored by me, to Unleash their Inner Strength.
Without them my day does not start.
It’s all fun, laughter and masti-mazaa along with fitness. Mantra is to slog when you must and enjoy the rest that comes your way.
Running and Fitness to me is:
Running is meditation to me. It enables me focus and plan my whole day. On days when I don’t feel up to it, all I do is to run a bit and that brings me on track and thereby makes me energetic, hyper and fun throughout the day.
